RECIPE
Prepare a flat Tray with Foil and spray with spray and CookKeep aside
Now in a Pot on the Stove Heat 125g Butter (did not use 250g)Allow to MeltAdd 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence Add 1 cup Sugar Stir Add all the Nuts ( extra too the more nutty the more tastier)Keep stirring Mix 1 & ½ tablespoon Liquid GlucoseWith 3 tablespoon Boiling water Mix it well so that the liquid is clear like water Add to the above Pot Now keep Stirring Till you get a caramel colour Just Judge the consistency
Pour it quickly on the foiled trayFlatten with a spatula Allow to Cool 5 minutesAt this stage you can cut in triangles with knife or allow to Cool more and break into pieces
For Chocolate flavourMelt Chocolate and smear over the cooling Rocca When Chocolate is firm Break into the pieces
