INGREDIENTS
½ cup water½ cup milk1 cup flour2 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 egg1 teaspoon melted butter
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender and blender until mixed. Do not over blend

Makes about 8-10 if your want a bigger batch double the recipe.
I love serving it with double cream salted caramel Yogurt from Pnp for a low calorie dessert!
