RECIPE
1 leg Washed and drained. Make big slits on leg.Marinate:1 cup peri peri sauce1 packet Tomato 🍅 paste 3 tablespoon Mexican spice or mochachos spice 1 tablespoon mustard powderSalt2 tablespoon chilli powder1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo ¼ cup vinegar ¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice ¼ cup ginger garlic @purespice_sa 2 teaspoon black pepper
Marinate overnight Cook about 3 hours.Serve with sides of choice.
I have served it with creamy veggies and rotis and savoury rice 🍚
