Adapted from a YouTube video (recipe)
INGREDIENTS
2 c Greek yoghurt2 eggs4 TB cornstarch1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Empty the yoghurt into a mixing bowl.
Add in the eggs one at a time and beat well.Then add the vanilla essence and cornstarch.
Mix until well combined. Pour into a suitably-sized tin that has been lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated Airfryer at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until set.
Decorate as desired
INFO & TIPS
I used tinned granadilla pulp as the topping
You could also dust icing sugar and use fresh berries when serving.
