INGREDIENTS
Marinade:
4-5 tablespoon mayonnaiseA drizzle of olive oil½ teaspoon salt3 teaspoon crushed garlicGround green chilies to tasteA dash of lemon pepperA dash of parsley½ teaspoon Crushed dried red chilliesFresh lemon juice (half a lemon)
Lemon butter sauce1 slice of butter (about 70g)1 teaspoon fresh garlicHeat throughAdd in: A dash of Portuguese chicken spiceA dash of Garlic powderAromat (a South African Spice)ParsleyAnd then addThe juice of half a lemon.Whisk in 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise,
METHOD
1. Marinate fish for about an hour and lay out in a prepared foil lined flat sheet pan.
Cajun spiceSlices of butterBefore grilling, sprinkle woolies Cajun spice over the fish before topping with butter. The soles are grilled for 15 minutes, until a bit golden.
For sauceAdd ingredients together Whisk in 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, allow to heat fully...And then add in 1 cup of cream while whisking, keeping the heat on low.Heat through and serve.Don't let the sauce boil
