INGREDIENTS
4 eggs1 teaspoon. Vanilla 130g sugar 60g cake flour 20g cocoa powder ½ teaspoon. Baking powder ⅛ teaspoon. Salt ½ tablespoon. Coffee
Filling 100g butter, at room temperature 260g icing sugar 15g cocoa powder 2 tablespoon. Milk
METHOD
Cake In a large bowl add eggs and beat until light in color now add the sugar and beat until the sugar dissolves.Sift in all the dry ingredients and beat until all the ingredients are incorporated The batter should be runny.Line the baking tray with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray Add the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 8 to 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and place on top of a foil and remove the parchment paper Now wrap in the foil and set aside to cool completely ±1hr Unroll the cake and add the butter cream and spread out evenly and roll again without the foil and wrap in a cling flim and place in the fridge for 10 minutes Slice and serve
Filling Beat the butter and add the icing sugar and cocoa powder and bat well now add the milk and beat until soft and fluffy
