INGREDIENTS
Cooking rice 1 cup rice 3 cup water ½ tablespoon. Fennelgreek seeds 6 gralic clove
Green liquid 190g spinach 1 Cup water
To the green porridge 1 Cup water 2 Cup coconut milk
METHOD
Let's start be measuring and washing the rice until the water runs clear, just the way you would do if you cook the rice.
Add the washed rice to a pressure cooker, using the same cup that was used to measure the rice measure 3 cups of water and add to the rice, now add the Fennelgreek, and gralic clove and salt to taste. And give it a good mix close the pressure cooker and place the pressure cooker over low heat and cook until 3 whistle Turn off the heat and wait until all the steam is gone. While waiting let's make the green concoction. To a blender add the spnich and water blender until a runny mixture forms. Strain the mixture into a bowl and disgrad the spinach pulpOpen the pressure cooker and mash them rice well. Now turn the heat no to low and add the spinach water and mix well, add another cup of water, sorry I lost the recording of me adding ingredients the water. Let it come to simmer be sure mix occasionally Now add in the coconut milk and mix well, and let it come to a simmer and remove form the heat and it is ready to serve
