3 cups flour250g butter1 teaspoon saltRub butter into flour. Make crumbs.Add in 250mlSour cream. Form into a soft dough. Allow to rest in fridge b4 rolling.

Cube 1 kg fillets small 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper 1 teaspoon garlic and rosemary spice 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon ground garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 2 teaspoon ground green chillies Cook in butter.I added in 1 tablespoon flour.Cook out flour tasteAdd in ¼ cup milk. Allow 2 thicken. Remove from heat.Add in:¼ cup steers garlic sauce ¼ cup nandos wild herb peri peri sauce ¼ cup Minnie's mozambican peri peri sauce Mix well.Allow to cool completely b4 adding1 cup grated cheese 🧀 & chopped dhania (coriander).Chill filling few hours or overnight 2 get stiff.
Roll out dough. Cut with round cutter. Brush around with beaten egg.Place filling in center. Fold up 2 resemble a triangle 🔺️ Brush beaten egg and sprinkle parsley crushed chillies and sesame seeds Bake for 25 minutes.Cool and freeze Heat and eat 🌸
