Boil 6 sweetcorn for about 10 minutes in salted water.Roast on open flame 2 get charr marks.
Mix 2gether:½ cup mayo¼ cup steers peri peri sauce ¼ bottle tobasco sauce or the checkers make.Mix well.Brush sauce over corn.Sprinkle crumbled feta and a drizzle of fresh lemon 🍋 juice.
My kids prefer without the feta.
