INGREDIENTS

One KG chicken1 teaspoon salt flakesQuarter teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon dried thymeQuarter cup all-purpose flour1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Sauce:1 tablespoon unsalted butter1 tablespoon minced garlic½ cup chicken stock300 ml heavy cream1 teaspoon Dijon mustard½ cup Parmesan cheeseSalt

METHOD

Marinate chicken in spices and coat in flour and cook.
Add sauce, ingredients and make sauce. Add chicken to sauce.Serve with mashed potato and asparagus.
