INGREDIENTS
4 corn cut into 1 ½ inch ½ tin coconut cream 2 tablespoon sugar6 tablespoon oil 2 large tomatoes 2 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon hot chilli powder Salt
METHOD
Boil the corn in salt and water till done. Drain and leave aside.In a pot add the oil and tomatoes. Cook till half done then add everything except for the coconut cream. Lower heat . Allow oil to come up then add in the coconut cream and the corn. Mix in well and add 1 cup boiling water. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. If you like coconut cream you can add more. Must be a thick consistency.
