INGREDIENTS
3 eggs1 c sugar
2 teaspoon maziena3 teaspoon baking powder1 & ¾ c flour
½ c oil½ c water
Syrup: 1 c milk½ c sugarRed colouring
Boil once & set aside to cool.
METHOD
Beat A together Then add B & beat wellLastly add C & beat. Pour in a greased cupcake tray.
Bake on 180 degrees in a preheated oven till done.
Allow cake & syrup to cool before coating cakes. Then sprinkle with desiccated coconut
INFO & TIPS
This recipe comes out lovely, soft & moist.
Due to time, I make it in 2 small loaf tins for an easier option.
If you do this, pour little syrup over the cake & baste it all around using a basting brush.
Then sprinkle coconut over & enjoy.
