Tuna filling:1 tin tuna drainedMix in:Salt to tastePepperChopped onionChopped tomato1 Chopped green chilliMayonnaise Mix and set aside
Remove crusts from bread.Roll flat with a rolling pin. Cut in the middle to make 2 triangles.Fold the 2 corners to the centre and press ends to seal.Paint a slice of bread with red colouring.Using a small plunger cutter, cut out flower shapes.Brush bread with egg and stick the shapes in the center.Bake in the oven until light brown and crispy.Fill with tuna and garnish with fresh coriander.
