RECIPE
Make a simple Roti doughUsing 1 cup Flour 1 teaspoon Salt2 tablespoon Oil or ghee (Clarified butter)Mix then Add Hot water to make the doughKnead leave it covered aside for +-5 -10 minutesDivide the dough into 4 equal parts then Roll out small discs USE YOUR POTATO FILLING RECIPE Fill the center of the Roti with the potato filling and flatten on the disc then pull the edges of the roti to make a Ball Flatten with hands and then roll lightly on hot griddle or TawaBrush with ghee (Clarified butter) turning once
Serve with Minty Yoghurt dip or any Green sauce Enjoy
