INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 cup sugar 1 cup oil 1 cup plain yoghurt 1 teaspoon coconut essence 3 eggs room temp 3 teaspoons baking powder ⅓ cup roasted chopped almonds
Topping
1 milky bar chocolate 1 teaspoon coconut essence ¼ cup cream Mix all together Add icing sugarChopped almonds
METHOD
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mixPour into a cake tin tht has been creased and dusted with cake flour Bake 40 minutes - 180C Once cake is cold pour the topping over cake Dust with the chopped almonds
