RECIPE
Braise 1 Finely diced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic 1 kg mutton pieces washed and drained 1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon crushed chillies ΒΌ teaspoon nutmeg powderAllow to fry few minutes.Add in 4 med liquidised tomatoes π & 1 tin tomato π puree Add water. Cook on low for 1Β½ hrs or until meat is tender.Β½ way thru Add in potatoes Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) & ΒΌ cup fried onionsServe with rice or as bunny chow
