RECIPE
- Slice 2 Brinjal in thickrounds.- Season with salt, Red chilli powder, dhana jeeroo- Fry in Shallow oil until soft then place on paper towel to drain access oil- Do the same with 2 potatoes sliced- Then fry thick slices of robot pepper's & thick slices of onion- Fry in same oil- Each veg must be drained well on paper towel. - Lastly fry wedges of tomato- Layer everything in a casserole or oven tray- Make a wagar of slivered garlic, slivers of green chillies, mustard seeds and curry leaves - Throw this tempering over the veg- Put into a hot oven for a few minutes before serving
☆ Delicious as a side dish ( with Khurri Kitchri , Dholl & Rice. )
