Served mine in pitas with garlic sauce, fresh tomato, and a sprinkle of chilli flakes for that extra kick. 🔥

RECIPE
1 cup raw chickpeas (Soak overnight and drain)1 cup fresh coriander2 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon coriander powder ½ teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon flour2 tablespoon gram flour
Mix everything together in a food processor and pulse until you get a coarse texture.
Rest in fridge for an hour.Form shapes and freeze until needed.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve as is with a dip and lemon juice I filled them in pitas
Pitas
3 cups flour1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon yeast3 tablespoon oilMix together in a stand mixer.Add lukewarm water to form a dough.Cover and leave to rise until doubled in size.
Roll out rounds. Not v thin. Bake in the oven until done.
Creamy Garlic sauceMix together3 tablespoon mayonnaise 3 - 4 tablespoon yoghurt2 teaspoon garlicJuice of 1 lemon ½ teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt
Cut pitas.Add garlic sauceThen add falafel And a slice of tomato.
Garnish with chilli flakes.
