1kg butterflied prawnsMarinated in:1 tablespoon garlic 2 teaspoon crushed green chillies ⅓ cup lemon juice or juice of 1 lemon 1 teaspoon pepper
Garlic butter sauce: 1 tablespoon crushed Garlic250g butter Butter1 teaspoon chilli flakes Aromat (a South African Spice) (a South African spice)250ml Fresh cream
METHODMarinate prawns and let it marinate for an hour or more.
Grill prawns on pan with butter.
Sauce: Melt butter on medium heat and add garlic until it sizzles. Add chilli flakes and Aromat (a South African Spice). Move away from heat and add fresh cream. Put back on low heat until cream boils. Taste for seasoning.
Put grilled prawns in a casserole and pour sauce over and grill in the oven for a few minutes.
