INGREDIENTS
2x Large Onions,thinly sliced (or red onion,1 Cup Cold milk1 cup Flour,sifted¼ teaspoon Aromatic spice or any Spicesalt & pepper to taste½ teaspoon chilli flakes (optional this adds a strong bite to your onion ring🧅🧅🧅 Canola oil for frying ,(2-3 minutes max
METHOD
In a large bowl add the thinly sliced onions.Add in the liquid to sliced onions, & rest for 20 minutes or longer.Add all dry ingredients into another bowl or sealed plastic bag ,then add in your onions.Shake it well…Fry until golden,one batch at a time.Don’t over crowd the onions when frying!Lovely with tomoto sauce, just like that 😋or add too your burgers or fried fish of steaks or chicken wraps.🇵🇸
