My own recipe
INGREDIENTS
For 4 ¾ medium size Potatoes (Mondial works great - holds its shape after being boiled)1 or 2 Cup Nola/any brand creamy mayo2 large Eggs (optional)Salt to tasteGarlic salt to your taste1/4 teaspoon Ground Black pepper or to your taste1/8 teaspoon White pepper powder or to your taste1/8 teaspoon Paprika powder or to your taste Sprinkle of parsley Chopped spring onion Chopped peppers (optional)
METHOD
Peel,cube and boil potatoes in salted water until al denteBoil eggs then soak in cold water then peelDrain potatoes Chop/Grate eggs
Allow potatoes to cool down then add chopped/grated eggs In a bowl mix mayo with seasonings and if too thick then add a bit of milk. Mixture mustn't be too runny or too thickAdd to potato and egg mixture and fold wellAdjust salt,pepper and paprika to your taste
INFO & TIPS
Can add chopped fresh dill
Can add chopped green chillies for more heat
