INGREDIENTS
10 Large Lemons (for juice and cups)4 cups Double Cream1 cup Granulated Sugar1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
Decorate it with..Rasberry or blueberries or strawberries,Mint leaves
METHOD
Cut the lemons into halves & squeeze out all the juice & set it aside.Strain it twice in a sift!In a medium size pot add the double cream & sugar & cook for about for 5 minutes..Put the stove off & then add in the lemon juice & stir well.Cool it firstly & strain it in a sift,this gives it smooth consistency.Pour into your lemon halves & set in the fridge for about 4 hours max.
Decoration on top *raspberries & mint leaves & also served it with some lovely whipped cream😋You can use any fruit that’s in season🌺🌺🌺🇵🇸Someone shared it🌹
