INGREDIENTS
2 TB oil2 grated carrots1 small tomato grated1 green pepper finely choppedFew chunks of cabbage shreddedA tin of baked beans1 green chilli chopped1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon black pepper powder
METHOD
Heat oil in a pot.
Add in the garlic and chilli. Saute for a minute. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Add a little water. Add in the seasonings. Simmer on low until the veggies are soft.
Serve with a braai (bbq). I served mine with pap and chicken sausages.
INFO & TIPS
I didnt add salt as the baked beans has salt in it.
