2 Chickens, washed and cut into quarters2 tablespoon crushed Garlic3 tablespoon Chilli powder2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)2 teaspoon Vinegar2 teaspoon SaltMarinate the above together and steam until tender.
Sauce:500ml Fresh cream 1 teaspoon Garlic Half cup Peri-Peri sauce2 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce 2 tablespoon mild Nandos sauce1 teaspoon Paprika powderBoil the sauce ingredients together. Place the cooked chicken into an oven tray, pour the sauce over and heat until fully warmed. Serve with veggies and roti.
