INGREDIENTS
1 fresh pineapple1 packet pineapple jelly1 tin nestle cream1 tin condensed milk1 sml tin granadilla pulpOptional: handful of crushed almonds
METHOD
Grate pineapple & place in a pot - cook until the liquid burns out. Allow to cool. • Mix jelly as per instructions on the box & leave to cool slightly. • Mix cream, condensed milk & pulp till smooth. Add almonds & mix. • Add jelly when slightly cooled & mix well. • Lastly add cooled pineapple, mix & pour into bowl or mould & place in fridge till set, preferably overnight. • Decorate as desired
you can also use orange or lemon jelly for a different taste
