Rice:Boil 3 cups rice with ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric). Drain steam and set aside.Aloo:Cube 3 med potatoes cook with salt chilli powder little arad (Turmeric) dhana Jeeru (Cumin). Cook till soft.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Set aside KhuriBraise 1 small sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with ½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds ½ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin).½ teaspoon mustard seeds Few curry leaves 🍃 Few slit chillies Liquidise:1 cup sour milk 1 cup double cream yoghurt 1 cup fresh cream (nearing expiry or even expired sour cream)Fresh dhania (coriander) & mint3 cloves garlic ½ small onion1 teaspoon @purespice_sa khuri masala 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)4 green chillies ¼ cup flour
Add Liquidised mixture 2 onionsWith ¾ cup milkSimmer on low for about 10 minutes.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) & 2 tablespoon fried onions. Serve above with mince curry or sides of choice
