INGREDIENTS
1 kilo chicken fillet (stripped)2 tablespoon Red Masala2 tablespoon tomato puree2 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon kashmiri chillies1 teaspoon Robertsons chicken spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon crushed dhana½ teaspoon crushed jeeroo¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)½ teaspoon salt
METHOD
Marinate fillet with all ingredients.
Cook with little ghee (Clarified butter) until done. Taste for salt.
Arrange in the following steps:Lay RotiSpread MayoChicken Strips Drizzle of tomato sauce Grated cheeseFine saladClose wrap
Warm just before serving.
