Marinate veggies of choice.I have used:Cubed butternut Sliced sweet potato 1 cup shredded cabbage 1 potato small pieces1 carrot julienned ½ cup chopped robot peppers 1 cup chopped cauliflower ½ cup yoghurt or sour milk ½ cup fried onions 1 teaspoon each:Salt chilli powder arad (Turmeric) dhana Jeeru (Cumin) Black pepper 2 cloves minced garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 chopped tomatoes 🍅
Add ghee (Clarified butter) 2 pot with 1taj 1 Elachi (cardomom) ¼ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds Few curry leaves 🍃 Few slit chillies 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic masala Allow to fryAdd in veggies Simmer on low adding water if necessary Serve with rotis
