METHOD
In a mixing bowl add methibhaji, green dhana, ginger green chilli pest.croslly ground spice,salt and besan mix well add little little water to make lump free thick better (not too runny).And 1 tes.hot oil and mix very well.In a kadai put oil and heat well in medium flame Take small portion batter with your finger or spoon and drops them gently into the hot oil.Fry on medium heat untill golden and crispyRemov on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.Serve hot.
INFO & TIPS
Methibhaji gota serve with kadi or green chatni and fried green chilli and cup of masala tea.
