INGREDIENTS
6 petite hake fillets, pat dry
Sauce 65g butterJuice of ½ a lemon1 top crushed garlicGreen masala to taste
Fish 1 teaspoon garlic pepper (or crushed garlic)½ teaspoon crushed black pepper1 tablespoon Cajun spice (or fish spice of your choice)1 teaspoon dried parsley
METHOD
1. Mix spices together and rub on both sides of fish.2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.3. Heat a nonstick pan. Place fish skin side down. Fry untill fish is almost done, flip over and cook through.
4. Heat 3 tablespoon of butter with 2 tablespoon chopped coriander and 1 teaspoon Cajun spice. Pour over fish and serve.
Sauce
Melt 65g butter and cool slightly.Add to butterJuice of ½ a lemon1 top crushed garlicGreen masala to taste
