RECIPE

250g butter 3 tablespoons lemon juiceAromat (a South African Spice) to taste 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 125ml fresh cream Sprinkling of parsley Dash of Robertsons zesty lemon pepper 3-4 tablespoon calistos mild peri peri sauce
Bring to a boil
Set fish on a baking tray Drizzle sauce over fish
Grill in oven about 15-20 minutes
Serve with savory rice
