Recipe: My sil Sabeeha 💐
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 cup oil 1 cup milk 2 teaspoon vanilla essence 4 teaspoon baking powder 2 ¾ cups cake flour
METHOD
Beat the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add in the oil and vanilla essence and give it one stir. Heat the milk until warm. Sift flour and baking powder. Add the warm milk and dry ingredients alternatively in to the bowl while mixing slowly. Don't over beat, once the sugar and eggs are beaten lightly mix/fold in the remainder of the ingredients. Pour into a lined large baking pan or 2 small ones.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes

Milk Tart Topping
500 ml milk
½ tin condensed milk
2 heaped tablespoons maizena
1 egg
Pinch Salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tblsp COLD butter
Bring milk to boil.
Mix everything together besides butter and boil together on medium heat. Stir until fairly thick and bubbles appear. Takes at least 10 min. Add butter and allow to cool completely in fridge for couple a hours. If it becomes lumpy beat with balloon whisk.
Spread topping on cake and dust with cinnamon powder.
