INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) (cornflour)
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water
1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
45g aero chocolate ( chopped in small pieces ) or
Aero bubbles
Ganache :
100g dairy milk choc
45 g aero choc
¼ cup fresh cream
METHOD
Beat together first 4 ingredients
Add the flour , castor sugar,baking powder
& egg yolks ,beat till smooth.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and
then fold in the egg whites and chopped aero.
Pour in pan, bake @180 degrees for about 20 minutes
ganache :
melt choc and fresh cream on low heat , spread over cake once cooled and decorated with aero choc
