Biscoff Cookies

INGREDIENTS

Biscoff choc chip cookies226 g Butter1 cups dark brown sugar ½ cup white sugar 2 eggs2 egg yolks2 teaspoon vanilla essence4 cups Flour 2 tablespoon mazina1 teaspoon baking soda¾ cup Biscoff spreadWhite chocolate chips

METHOD

Beat butter and sugar until light and smooth. Add in eggs, Biscoff and vanilla. Fold in flour and chocolate until combined. Scoop your cookie dough onto a lined baking tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes on 170c.Cool and enjoy.
