No Exact MeasurementsI used 5-6 spinash2 chopped up onions leaves cup up finely +-4 cup of frozen peas+- 2-3 Cubed and boiled potatoes¼ cup Grated carrots 1 very small chopped tomato2-3 Torn up small Red dry Chilli½ teaspoon crushed garlic1 heaped teaspoon Magic masala Salt to taste 100 g Cream cheeseHandful of grated cheeseChopped up Green dhania (coriander)Peri mayonnaiseMETHODHeat a little oil in a pot add Onions let it saute then Add garlic Red torn chilliAdd the rest of the spices The Spinash and chopped tomatoOnce spinash is almost cooked Add the Potatoes As well as the Peri mayonnaiseAdd a little lemon juice Now add the Cream cheese and normal grated cheeseToss wellfilling must not be too dryLastly add Chopped dhania (coriander) And then adjust the salt with Crushed Red Chilli flakes Allow to cool Fill your springrolls, samoosas or piesEnjoyLastly Adjust the salt ENJOY 😋
