INGREDIENTS
1 ⅓ cup of warm water 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 2 teaspoons sugar Add the yeast and sugar to warm water Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes to bloomOnce done Add 3 cups cake flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil To a bowl Add the yeast and mix You will see u have a shaggy texture of doughDnt stress Pour onto your surface tht u work on and knead for about 5 minutes You will know the dough is right if u press your finger lightly into dough and it spring back Smear a glass bowl WTH little olive oil add dough to the bowl Smear dough WTH little olive oil Do we the howl and set aside in a warm place Let the dough double in size It takes normally one hourPunch down Cut into 8 equal pieces Make round balls cover them and let them rest for 15 minutes Now roll the dough out to about 1 cm thicknessPlace on heated skillet or thawaNo oil no butter U will c it will make bubbles Turn it around and let it swell up it will look like a pillow Time again for few seconds Remove and set onto of a clean cloth

Once there is a hole it wnt make that ball because the steam is escaping
