No measurements so use your creativity and good sense! You got this 💙
Marinade for a whole chicken (I did it as cut pieces) 2 teaspoon g& g & Itsp garlicChilli powder crushed dhana crushed jeeru (cumin) cinnamon powderSalt lemon juice little tomato saucechilli garlic paste chicken spice little ground green chillies
1. Make paste & marinate washed and drained whole chicken inside & out2. Roast for approx 1hr then pour sauce over & roast for another half hour or so3. Just before serving throw vagaar over chicken
For sauce: 1. mix together 2–3 teaspoon of ffg sauces: Tomato sweet chilli peri peri & any other sauce of choice2. Boil tog & add any xtra liquid from chicken to itWen thick pour over
Vagaar:
1small onion 🧅 sliced half green pepper 🫑 ghee (Clarified butter)Fry together till onion light brown

It comes together beautifully. Our roast sides are usually roast potato , veggies and garlic bread. 🥖
