My Own Different Style
Naseema Zulfis
Used Both mince and cooked saucy Steak cubes
(May use Mutton or Chicken )
Layered it separately
RECIPE
Boil 4-5 Medium size Potatoes with salt drain Mash it up Add Butter white pepper ½ cup Cake Flour mix well it must be a bit soft add 1 well beaten egg mix all well Add a little chopped green dhania (coriander)
(I DID NOT ADD MILK)
Fry 1 Brinjal In Rings season with salt and chilli powder till well fried keep aside
Make a white sauce with 3 tablespoon Flour make a paste In a pot bring to boil Add a little extraCup Milk add a Dash white pepper salt butter and nutmeg Make it like a nice not thick custard Keep aside
FOR THE MINCEHeat a pot with little oil1 chopped onionAdd 1 teaspoon Ginger GarlicAdd 500g Beef Mince Stir allow it to change colour Now add 1 teaspoon tumericThen 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera Mix2 tablespoon Chop and steak spice 1 full teaspoon Green chilli paste 1 full teaspoon Kashmiri masalaMixed herbs Salt to taste CookAdd ½ Can Tomato and onion mix Cook till tomatoes are well infused into the mince Add 3 tablespoon All joy Tomato pasta sauceAdd 2 Tomato sauce Allow all to cook it must be like a bolognaise texture Once done add chopped green dhania (coriander)
OPTIONALCan add cubed Steaks with chilli and spices cook till Saucy keep aside
TO ASSEMBLE Use a nice Casserole Flatten some of the mash and flour mix onto the Bottom of the casserole Add all the mincePlace the fried Brinjal Slices over the mince mixture sprinkle Some cheese over and spread some white sauce over At this Stage you place all the cooked SteakNow cover with the other half of the mash flour mix Spread the rest of the white sauce overTop with lots of 2 types grated cheesesGarnish with Parsley or Green chopped dhania (coriander)
Bake in Oven at 180* for +- 40 minutes If need be place under grill for the top to be light gold
