Heat oil/ghee (Clarified butter) and add sliced onionNext add ginger/garlic and Cook till onions are golden brown. Then add whole spices,chicken,and dry spices. Cook for a few minutes. Next add the carrots, green beans and oats along with 2 c of water. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook till veggies are tender. Add gharum masala and chopped dhania (coriander) before serving. Adjust seasoning. Serve hot with rolls!
