2 slices of bread ( I used Home made tomato and herb bread)2 eggs beaten up and a little splash of milk addedBlack pepper to tasteDried thyme to tastePinch of salt

METHOD

Dip bread in egg mixtureAdd some butter to pan and fry till golden
