INGREDIENTS

Pie Dough
1 cup chicken
Cream Cheese
Mozerella Cheese

METHOD

Use a patty pan
Use pie pastry or make a quiche
dough,cut out rounds & place in small
foil cups if desired
1 cup chicken,cubed & cooked
Mix with cream cheese,cheddar, grated
mozzarella cheese,salt,black
pepper,green chillies,flavamate,cut up
dhania (coriander) & spring onions.Sprinkle little
parsley & paprika on top.
Can be frozen at this stage.
Bake in oven @180•C til done
