Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) and oil. Add in 1 teaspoon each: whole jeeru (cumin) cloves peppercorns. 2 tajj 2 Elachi (cardomom) 1 Star anaise slit chillies Add in 1½ kg chicken pieces washed & drained. 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chillies & garlic masala 1 tablespoon @sujees_gourmet_foodKholvad biryani masala 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)CookAdd in 4 liquidised tomatoes Add in 6 potatoes ¼ed & fried3 cups washed basmati rice Add about 2 cups waterCook till water is absorbed by the rice.Sprinkle dhania (coriander)Cover with foilBake for 40 minutes.Serve with dahi & kachumbar
