10 leg quarters skinless 1 teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon ginger 6 green chillies crushed1 cup double cream yogurt 6 tablespoon oil 1 lemon squeezed 1 tablespoon white vinegar ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder¼ teaspoon tumeric2 tablespoon Kashmiri chillie powder½ tablespoon cumin powder½ tablespoon jeera powder½ tablespoon garam masala1 tablespoon Shan chicken tika masala1 tablespoon Shan tandoori chicken masala1 tablespoon Chaat masala3 pinch food colour
METHOD
Mix above ingredients.1. Use have the marinade on chicken and store overnight. 2. Remaining half marinade to brush on the chicken as on the braai (bbq).
