Strips;Cut 1kg fillets in stripsMix 1 egg and 1½ cups milk and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala. Set aside for 1 hour.
Mix 2 cups flour and 2 teaspoon baking powder and salt and pepper. Dip strips in flour and fry in med hot oil. Drain.Mix 3 tablespoon mochachos spice in ¾ cup oilDip fried fillets in oil mixture and set on foil.Bake 10 minutes.
