500ml water 150ml oil6 extra large egg (8 large eggs) 2½ cups sugar4 cups flour 6 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt
Add oil to boiling water.Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.Sift flour, baking power and salt.Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture the add water mixture and fold.Line a box with foil, shiny side up and spray with spray & cook.Pour mixture into box and bake @ 180C for 35-40 minutes.Cool and decorate
