INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
½ cup cake flour
1 tin sweet corn cream style
½ cup mealie meal
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
2 teaspoon baking powder
3eggs
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 bunch Methi (Fenugreek) bajee (chopped but not very
fine)
Green chillies
1-2 Handfuls of dhana bajee
METHOD
Method:
Mix all above. Set in Pyrex or baking tray. Sprinkle white
poppy seeds (khas-khas) and sliced almonds
generously on top. Bake on 180. When done smear
with butter.
