INGREDIENTS
2 cups warm water2 teaspoon yeastMix together1 ½ teaspoon salt2 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon olive oil4-5 cups flour2 tablespoon mealie meal to sprinkle on baking tray
METHOD
Add yeast to warm water and leave for 5 minutes..add sugar,salt, oil..add flour starting with 4 cups..mix by hand until dough comes together..if needed add more flour...leave to rise..punch down and leave to rise again..divide dough into 2...form a ball..coat ball in flour..leave to rise again..and bake for 15-20 minutes...
