INGREDIENTS
1 chicken – cleaned and cut into pieces OR chicken fillets1 red pepper1 teaspoon salt1 small tin tomato paste 1 teaspoon chilli powder2 tablespoon chilli garlic paste 2 tablespoon mayonnaise¼ cup lemon juice
METHOD
Place all ingredients except chicken into magimix and blend until a smooth paste forms.Marinate the chicken for an hour or overnight in the fridge.Melt 100g butter in a pot. Cook the chicken on low / medium until done (½ hour).Serve with chips and salads.
