1 small onion-finely chopped
1 small green chilli-finely chopped
salt & freshly crushed black pepper to taste
small piece of butter
1-2 teaspoon oil
freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
Braise onion & chilli. Beat eggs, water & seasonings &
braised onion & chilli together. Heat pan & add butter &
oil. When sizzling, add egg mxture. When half cooked,
sprinkle cheese & dhania (coriander) over. Fold over & serve hot.
Garnish extra dhania (coriander) over omelette.
