INGREDIENTS
Dough:-3 cups flour
11/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
3 tablespoon plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon chopped greens
1 teaspoon salt
Make soft manageable dough with Boiling Water.
Filling:-
5 large potatos cubed and boiled in salted water with arad (Turmeric).
METHOD
Drain potatos
Braise 1 Chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) till soft.
Add mustard seeds,dhana jeeru (cumin) powder,green masala,salt and garam masala.Add potatoes and mash slightly.
Roll dough into rounds and put potato on one and cover with another round.Seal edges using flour water paste.Cook on stove like roti and rub ghee (Clarified butter) oil mixture to brown.Serve hot with chutney.
